Return Authorization
We would like to inform you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery (with the exception of underwear and socks ). If you purchase a discounted item, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a size, as indicated on the product at the time of purchase “all sales are final”.
Only returns for orders placed on our official website www.fivefourfives.shop will be processed.
FiveFourFive applies European law and Italian law pursuant to art. 52 and subsequent articles of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (so-called “Consumer Code”) and Legislative Decree no. 170 of 4 November 2021 implementing EU Directive 2019/771 regarding returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in European Union countries. To return orders placed outside the European Union, you must contact Customer Care directly by email to manage the request.
Return costs are always paid by the customer and depend on the country of shipment and are equal to € 7.90 for Italy, € 19.90 for EEC countries and € 29.90 for non-EEC countries, to which the import customs costs must be added which are paid by the customer.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, within 14 calendar days of receipt. Missing packaging/tags or clear evidence of use will result in a non-acceptance of the return.
To proceed with the return, you must follow the steps available on the return authorization page. Please note that we are only able to process one refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
After the return request, the package can be sent within 3 days accompanied by the return document without which it cannot be accepted.
Once the return is received, FiveFourFive will check the quality of the product/s to verify that it complies with our return policy: if so, a refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase or a voucher will be sent via email.
In case the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, FiveFourFive will not proceed with the refund. In this case, the Customer can decide to receive the item again at his own expense. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the order again.
If the packaging, wrapping and/or product are damaged, FiveFourFive will withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 20% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
In the case of purchases made without payment of shipping costs (for particular ongoing promotions), the return with refund will be accepted net of the costs incurred by 545 Srl for shipping to the customer, equal to € 7.90 for Italy, € 19.90 for EEC countries, € 29.90 for non-EEC countries. This amount will then be deducted from the price of the item(s) being returned.
We would like to inform you that, if promotional products such as gifts and objects are included in the shipment, these items must be returned together with the purchased items in the event that the return results in a reduction of the amount below the threshold necessary to obtain the gift. In the absence of such return, the value of the promotional products will be deducted from the refund amount.
In addition, in the case of a return relating to free shipping, received thanks to promotions that require a minimum spend, the refund may be subject to a deduction if the final amount falls below the minimum spend threshold established.
Size change request
If the Customer decides to request a size change, he can proceed in two ways:
If the site is open we recommend making a new purchase and returning the incorrect size
if the site is closed FiveFourFive will reserve the right to check availability upon receipt of the return. Please note that returns on size changes are not accepted.
Reimbursement
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 days from the day we receive the return at our warehouse. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.
Credit Card: The time depends on the credit issuer. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In case of imminent expiration of the credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank details submitted by the customer. FiveFourFive is not responsible for failure to communicate the expiration of the credit card and refunds made on expired cards.
PayPal: the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account, you will receive a confirmation email from us once you have requested the refund.
