ORDER MANAGEMENT MODE

If your payment was successful, you will immediately see the “Order Confirmed” page with a summary of the products purchased and some information that may be useful to you, as well as the order number.

If you do not receive an email, please make sure that the email you entered at checkout is correct and active. Due to high flows during drops, the email may arrive a few minutes late.

If the system does not accept your order, we recommend that you verify that the transaction was successful. You can always contact us for further assistance (orders@fivefourfive.it).

The order is processed only after the payment of the order has been registered, you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is processed. If you do not receive the email, also check the “spam” box or contact our Customer Care.

An additional email with the courier link will arrive when the goods leave our warehouse.

Orders placed and processed cannot be modified, however, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a request for modification can be made via email to Customer Service, which reserves the right to decide the matter autonomously. FiveFourFive reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that PayPal is unable to receive verification from the Customer’s bank.

It is not possible to combine multiple orders into a single shipment as our order management system automatically generates a waybill for each order.

It is not possible to fulfill requests relating to orders originating from accounts other than the one from which the purchase originated.

 

Shipping

Deliveries are made by DHL courier both in Italy and worldwide.

Shipping costs, except for special promotions communicated to customers on all social channels, are:

Worldwide: €19.90 including Brexit countries.

Some countries may incur additional shipping charges due to geopolitical reasons.

 

Delivery Times

Orders whose products are available in the warehouse are managed and delivered to the courier in the shortest possible time and usually within 7-12 working days from the order confirmation received by email.

All orders are shipped via DHL express courier, with the following delivery times:

Italy: delivery in 6-10 working days from the date of shipment

Europe (EEC): Delivery within 6-10 working days from the date of shipment

Worldwide delivery in 6=10 working days from the date of shipment

For shipments to non-EEC countries where the goods are subject to customs control, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 working days.

 

Customs duties

Taxes and customs duties are not displayed on the cart page for orders destined for Extra-EEC and Brexit countries. The courier will contact you to proceed with the payment and shipment of the package (these costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price).

 

Shipping address

In order to guarantee correct delivery times, we ask you to fill in all the blanks required for the shipping address. We ask you to include the name of the company, offices or public activities and their opening hours when it is not a home delivery. FiveFourFive is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the customer’s address. For any information please contact our Customer Care: support@fivefourfives.shop .

An order that has been processed and already entrusted to the courier can be subject to an address change only by contacting the DHL courier at 199.199.345.

 

Damaged or tampered packaging

FiveFourFive is not responsible for any delays or damage to the products. If you receive a damaged or tampered with package, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, if necessary, to sign the control reservation. It is strongly recommended to photograph the packaging, before and after opening the package itself. If the products are damaged, please contact the DHL courier at 199.199.345.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days of delivery by sending an email to Customer Care.

 

Problem with order received

In case of incorrect/missing/faulty item, contact us at  support@fivefourfives.shop  indicating the order number and missing products or images of the incorrect/faulty item. In the latter case, indicate your preference between the replacement of the item and the refund.

 

Customer failure to collect

In the event of failure to collect the material stored in the courier’s warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled, the courier will proceed with the return of the package to our headquarters. In this case, the customer is required to reimburse FiveFourFive for double shipping costs (outward to the Customer and return to the headquarters).

 

More information

In case of refusal of delivery, or in case of impossibility to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to FiveFourFive, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods and customs duties will be deducted from the refund. DHL provides a second delivery attempt in case of absence of the recipient. Afterwards, the order will be stored at the nearest warehouse. Storage costs may be charged to the customer, if the delivery cannot be finalized for any problem related to the customer.
